About NOW
Meaningful, lasting change through trust and collaboration.
We believe progress starts with trust, collaboration, and respect, and we are committed to meeting individuals where they are while supporting growth that truly matters.

Our Mission
To create meaningful, lasting change through relationship-based, evidence-driven behavior support — meeting individuals where they are while supporting growth that truly matters.
What Is ABA?
A science-based approach to understanding behavior.
Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) focuses on why behavior happens and how thoughtful, supportive changes can help individuals learn new skills, reduce barriers, and improve quality of life.
ABA therapy is not about forcing compliance or changing who someone is. Instead, it is about teaching skills, increasing independence, and supporting regulation by building on individual strengths. Behaviors — especially challenging ones — are viewed as meaningful forms of communication shaped by experience, context, and unmet needs.
Through individualized assessment, data-informed decision making, and collaboration with families and care teams, ABA supports growth in communication, daily living, emotional regulation, social interaction, and safety.
“Behavior is not random. It is lawful and understandable.”
— Greg Hanley
Our Program
About our program
At New Opportunities & Ways, we provide evidence-based ABA therapy to support individuals and families in everyday life. Our goal is to help build meaningful skills, reduce challenges that interfere with learning and daily routines, and support long-term progress in ways that feel practical, respectful, and sustainable.
Each client's program is thoughtfully developed based on assessment, ongoing data, and collaboration with caregivers. Treatment plans are overseen by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and carried out by trained behavior technicians.
Families are essential partners. Caregiver training and collaboration are built into our services so strategies can be used confidently outside of sessions, and progress can continue beyond therapy time.
